Even reading that awful word makes me feel knackered. I’m no fan of exercise, i find it boring and more of a chore than something good.

I have decided (why?) to start my Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd back up again. Last time i done it, it was a while ago and i remember the next day of the first 3 days i could hardly walk, my muscles hurt. Going downstairs hurt, i had to lean against the wall to try and get down. After the first couple of days my muscles got used to the workout. Some of the things on it i find easy others i am counting the seconds until it’s over.

I wondered if i put it on here if it would give me drive to carry it on longer than the 2/3weeks i done last time.

See how far i get, tonight is day number 1, i am not looking forward to school run tomorrow morning!

Cup of tea? No thanks, i don’t do hot drinks.

Yes that is my actual reply to that question. Most people look at me as if i have just swore at them.

How can you not like it?
How do you go through a day without it?
What do you drink?
Have you ever liked it?

My dad LOVES his cuppa teas, always at the kettle (and with that comes the toilet too). He must have atleast 1 an hour, the amount of times he is stood at the kettle.
My hubby is also a lover for tea, same as my dad. Can’t leave the house without one. ‘It’s only a cup of tea.’ I reply. ‘Lets go, hurry up.’ ”No Lynsey i’m not leaving the house until i have had my cup of tea!” ‘How can you not?’

”So what do i drink?” ‘Water.’ Shock horror! ”Coke, Fanta??” ‘Nope don’t like fizzy drinks unless there is some alcohol in it thanks.’ ”What! So you don’t drink tea, coffee or fizzy drinks? How do you survive?” Quite easily 🙂

I do like hot chocolate but need to be in the mood for it, which is once a month or so. Tea i have an ODD occasion where i fancy a cuppa, but that is once a year if that. I get an awful headache afterwards. I get asked do you want juice instead? Now sometimes i do drink fresh juice but only once a month or so for that too. I do go through fazes of having more of it in a month but i still have water in the day too.

The kids seem to favour water too, will happily drink it as a drink. They don’t seem to be too bothered about tea, and Thomas and Amy also can’t stomach fizzy drinks well and just say ‘Yuk’ whenever they try it. I am waiting to see if they will actually grow up to like tea. Jessica sometimes drinks the last drops of hubbys tea but i think it’s more the novelty of drinking daddys tea 😉

So that is how we none tea drinkers survive in life. Amazing eh?
