Coat hanger hoarder anonymous

I realised today i have a bit of an obsession with keeping coat hangers! I didn’t realise just how bad it was! The kids have loads at the bottom of their wardrobe, Jess had some at the bottom of her wardrobe in a bag. I opened up a suitcase which i thought was full of Amys hand me downs to Jess, to find 3/4quarters of the contents was infact coat hangers! Ooops! I also have a bag of kids coat hangers in my wardrobe. I daren’t look no more for any hidden ones.

Why do i feel the need to hoard?
I’m not sure?! I keep coat hangers as i think i may need them if i don’t have enough. I estimate i have enough for atleast 6 full wardrobes… Why do i like such ugly plastic things in the house?!

So tomorrow i am going to ‘tackle’ the coat hangers. Can’t believe i actually need to spend time ‘tackling’ coat hangers! What has my life become? I have kids and hoard coat hangers. No one ever told me the dangers of kids properly.

I started to ‘tackle’ some of the coat hangers but gave up. They kept clinging on for dear life to each other, which then had me waving the coat hanger about trying to get the other 20 off it. This is why i gave up!
So tomorrow i will only keep the ‘nice’ ones. Yes i have catergories for my coat hangers..

Nice coat hangers – generally ‘Next’ ones
O.k coat hangers – George, Tesco etc
Throw away ones – the Next outfit ones, huge things that have a bit at the bottom for folding the trousers over, hate them!

I think i may be able to have the kids wardrobes full of the Next ones, if not will need to integrate some ‘o.k’ ones.

I may keep a spare few, just incase i will need them…..will it ever end?

Lee loves coat hangers, he goes into all the wardrobes and steals them and if you take them back he doesn’t like it
