Day 4 of the diet and exercise

Day 4 already!

Usually being on diets it goes slow, but this one seems to be ‘ok’ don’t think diets can get better than ‘ok.’

The food is delicious, this week i’ve stuck to Weight Watchers food, so i get used to points, with them already saying how many points it is it hasn’t been too bad keeping track. I have also had chocolate biscuits to use up left over points for the day! I thought my points amount wasn’t much, but actually it goes far. So so far so good on the diet. Weigh in is on Thursday *gulp*

So yes it is day 4 of the diet, but it’s only day 3 of exercise, yesterday we went to visit my parents and came home too late to do day 3 so have to do day 3 of the dvd today instead. If i’m honest this is the worst part to losing weight and toning up, i don’t really enjoy exercise. Once it’s over it’s good, but before and during is not. I still have hurting leg muscles from the dvd, but hoping tomorrows will be used to it all and wont give me the pain i get using them. Luckily the kiddies are back at school Tuesday, so hoping by then i can walk properly again!
